Just a couple ideas for possible tweaks: it's probably just my monitor (which needs replacing, I must admit) but on the outer edge of your forearm it looks a bit green, probably just the camera's reaction to the bracelet.. In any case, you could try changing the hue there to a more skin-like tone, and perhaps the markings on your hand could be edited out? Though they aren't bad anyway. Just ideas.

Anyway, nevertheless I'd say it's cool as it is. Gorgeous, to say the least.
